Implementing of Financials & Procurement modules to soon begin; HRMS has not yet been approved--what issues should HR be concerned about to head off any future issues with decisions made in the Financials & Procurement implementation?
Purchasing will have true needs that will impact HR. To make any POs they need 'Locations' set up, these will not really corespond to your department/division/company heiarchy, but they need to write POs.
Every Buyer will need fairly complete employee setup; Oracle REALLY wants the folks spending all the money to be real employees.
Financial are not as much a worry, they get their own accounting heirarchy, and do not need you to mimic theirs. I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
