Implementing IP Office - Any pitfalls to watch out for? 3

I will be implementing IP Office 406 (Kickoff meeting tomorrow morning) We are purchasing this specifically for the conference bridge and want each department to have their own secure access. If anyone has had any challenges I would appreciate any information to help make our project a success.

Biggest Pitfall - user & hunt group names, obey all the following rules.

1) All user & hunt group names MUST BE UNIQUE.

2) user names can only use the characters a-z, 0-9 & space any other characters MUST NOT BE USED (note an accidental space on the end of a user name can cause VM problems)

If you are using the VMPro as part of the bridge make sure you have a good PC and a clean install of Win2000.
