We're considering buying SAP's HR module to provide only HR & Payroll functionality. Most people we speak to have either implemented the whole ERP suite or at least Financials & Procurement as well as HR.
Does anyone have experience of or can comment on any issues which could arise by only implementing one function? Can we expect this to be (relatively) straightforward or should we expect problems because we're only going to be using part of the product?
