implement IVR to helpdesk ticket software

Hola Guys!

We have a costumer needing to implement a better helpdesk software for ticketing.

We intend to use de IVR feature in the IPO to create the tickets directly from the phone.

So I want to ask you if anyone of you have done anything similar or if you have any recommendation regarding this.
