IMP cannot login

Dear Expert
Would you mind answering me a few questions ???
I have setup the mail server using qmail IMP 3.0 ,horde2.0
and vpopmail
but vpopmail cannot login into the IMP mail server , what can I do ????
and how to setup the IMP for virtual domains ???
