i know in sql they have stored procedure which updates immediately after a new data is entered. Does access have this kind of feature?
Able to update a opened report when a new data is entered?
i have a database that's on a shared folder. i would like to have the one on the main computer to have a "report" opened and when new data is entered, it can update.
is that possible? or maybe there's a shortcut key which
can update a report? or refresh/update on a time frame?
or
user have to close and reopen the report to see the update?

Reports display values from a particular point in time and can't be "refreshed/requeried" like a form.
