Is there a way of implementing immediate ifs(IIF()) within immediate ifs(IIF()) in access queries.
For example, If visit4Days and visit5days does not fall within demand days then order 1.
If visit4days and visit5days does fall within demand days then order 2.
I have four fields that get populated with the order quantity and want to show a zero in a field
for to order when a record does not match the if condition. For example if in the example above, visit4Days
and visit5days does not fall within demand days then order 1for two of each box and order zero
for two of the other boxes, meaning that box1= 1, box2 = 1, box3 = 0, box4 =0.

HI

Yes you can have contructs like so:

=IIF(IsNull([MyField],=iif(IsNull([MyField2], "A","B"),[MyField]) Regards
