We have a requirement to callforward/retranslate a DN to a PSTN nbr.
There is no phone required on the DN we just want it to immediately forward to a PSTN nbr.
How would I do that?
Thnks in advance.
Jimbo

I don't know how to do it, but you may search and find it... set it up as an acd dn with the ncfw (?) to be the outside number.

jgidion is correct - setup a "dummy acd queue"

LD 23
Req: new
Type: acd
Dn: <-- enter the dn of the number to be converted
MAXP: 1
NCFW: <-- enter the PSTN as you would dial from phone on switch (91xxxyyyzzzz)

If this doesn't work, may have some trunk restrictions. Try building as phantom TN with NCOS to allow call. Also need CFF in CDB-RDR

Thank you both for the info!!
Much appreciated

You can also make a PHANTOM TN. This is an virtual tn programmed as a analoque set. In the FTR's you can add FTR DCFW 16(16 digits) xxxxxxxxx. Don't forget to set de CLS to CFXA.

If you don't have a virtual loop you can create 1 in overlay 97.

REQ NEW
TYPE SUPL
SUPL N96 (phantom loop)

Goodluck.

Thanks for the info Jaccado.

Will keep yr advise on creation of Virtual TNs for future use.

Using the dummy ACDN/queue did the trick and customer is v happy.

So congratulations all round!!
