IMINVTRX_SQL source and doc_type info

Wondering if someone could help me out or point me in the right direction. I am looking for some help on the 19 different source/doc_type combinations in our IMINVTRX_SQL table (see below). Can someone give me a brief explination for each or whatever they are familiar with?

G=LIFO/FIFO Adjustment

L=S/L Adj
O=On Order
Q=Qty Adj
R=Receipt
T=Transfer
