img size limit

Hi,
i wrote a .jsp file and but i have some problem with backgroung of td or table.In particolar if i set this backgroung with a too big img (i.e 64 kb is too big )I cant see it...
Has tomcat some properties for manage max image size??

I can pretty much assure its not a tomcat issue. Its probably your markup.

thx for reply but i can assure its not my markup,i cant'access img grather than n kb neither using directly url. if a use

http://localhost:8080/img/moreThanNkb.gif

i recive an internal error (500) but

http://localhost:8080/img/lessThanNkb.gif

a see the img on browser
how is it possible?

I've been using Tomcat since version 3, and routinely serve images from it that are up to 10 megabytes.

So what is the stack trace in tomcat when you get a 500 HTTP code ?
