Hi all,
We have a single Exchange 2003 SP2 box running and working great with a IMF companion, our IMF setting for Exchange is set at 5 and Archive. We use the IMF Companion software every day to check and again all works a treat.
We have 21 Users with maibloxes, all accessed internally using XP sp2 and Outlook 2003.
Our problem is we are receiving around 2500 junk crap emails every day, yup, 2500 spam emails every day.
Is there any thing else we can do to stop this other than buying software or siging up to messagelabs etc.
We have also enabled the following :
Filter reciepients who are not in the directory.
sender filtering, all checked.
Thanks
