IMD adapter for Proliant 1600R

Good Day

I have recently purchased a Proliant 1600R. I have a integrated management display, but no cable adapter for the 1600. HP has a cable kit, but its $61.00. Does anyone have an extra, or know the pin-out so I can make one.
