Imcoming call route to Operator

I have a cutomer with a BCM 400 4.0.2.03.
Every time a user recieve a call on the PRI to their extension it will ring the user extension once then the call will route to the operator.
This system has been install for about 6 months working with no problem until now.

Help!!!
 
Check the target line assigned to that set.

Check the set programming make sure there is no oddball forwarding.

If both those check out ok. Delete and rebuild the set.
 
There is no fowarding on the set. this is happening to more than one set, this is the third time i experecing this problem it don't happen all the time.
 
Delete the target line.

Recreate the target line, then re-assign.
 
Callpilot wouldn't happen to be taking the calls and sending to the operator?

 
The Operator answer the call if she don't pick after 4 rings it will go to call pilot
 
How can I identify the number of mailboxes utilized in CallPilot? sbwynn
 
I find the problem it was the ringing group that was causing the problem.
I using ringing group(RG)2 to enable and disable calls going to auto attendant at night.
All os the lines defult to RG 1 and i was using RG 2. so RG 1 took contorl rather than RG2
