I've got a massive message stuck in my Internet Mail Connector Out Queue. It was autoforwarded by an out of office assistant. I cannot delete it from the queue. Does anyone know how. I have tried the method suggested on Technet.
 
You want to detail the one you mean?

If you stop the IMC and the MTA, copy queue.dat and the in and out folders then empty them and delete queue.dat and restart the services you should find that cures the problem.

That or go to queues in the IMC and delete the message in the outbound window.

Failing that, can you give me more to go on?
