IMAP4 Service Stuck in Stopping Mode

Hi everyone we started getting "Error 0x46a processing a new connection request from client 75.236.5.101." in the Event Log and I thought I'd try restarting the IMAP4 service. It is now stuck "Stopping". Is there a way I can force a restart or do I need to restart the entire Exchange server to free it up? Thanks!

Open the service properties and get the name of the process, then open task manager and in the processes tab locate the service name and end process. If this fails, go to view and add the PID column to the window and get the PID. From there open the Cmd prompt and use “Kill [pid number] /force”.
If you can’t find the program kill it is located on the 2003 recourse tool kit.

Once stopped, start the service again.
