IMAP4 on PDAs

Another one for the Gurus.

A Director in one of the organisations that I support has a requirement to download mail from the exchange server using IMAP4 to his HP Jornada PDA. This was working OK, but now it has ceased to work..... :-(

IMAP4 is still OK to PC's connected using Outlook express.

The only two significant changes that we have made are to move to SP4 for exchange 5.5 and SP6a (128 bit encryption) for Win NT4.

Any suggestions please? I have tried Technet, and the HP site but no joy.
