IMAP - Junk

I have just set up Eudora to access my server via IMAP. When I go "live" a window opens to tell me to "choose a junk mailbox". I can't figure out how to do this and don't see anything in the manual or the Eudora Knowledge Database.
Can anyone help?

Try creating a new mailbox at the same level as your IN, OUT and TRASH. Call this new mailbox Junk, and then use that to satisfy the question. It has something to do with the new junk email plugin.
