imap e-mail account gets freeses when opening.

Hi folks,
How are you?

I have setup in my pc imap e-mail account using microsoft outlook xp 2003 and when trying opening, it goes down or gets freezes for a while, no other computers on the network have that issue, the others have microsoft outlook XP 2003 installed and setup with imap too.

Is there any clue in order to resolve this issue.
Thanks in advance.
