Imanager Problems

Hi all,

I'm having a problem with imanager, up until this week, i was able to access server by

https://172.27.1.10/nps

and from there log in and create iprint objects, such as ndps broker, manager, and printer agents. however now when i sign in my user, who before had unrestricred access when signing in, comes up as a collection owner but an error displaying no roles or tasks assigned. i'm not sure where to start, i have nearly 200 sites to create new ndps objects and so far i am unable to do so.

logging in as admin also gives me collection owner instead of unrestricted access.




any help would be wonderful!

The obvious wuestions are - has anything changed, been updated etc ? service packs, java, imanager ?

Thats helped me work around the problem. i need to investigate why, but your input has at least, allowed me to continue..
