IMail to Qmail

To whom it may concern:

I'm making an attempt to move my platform from using IPSwitches' IMail server on Windows 2000 to using Qmail on FreeBSD6.2. The only thing I'm having trouble with is finding a feature that I had with IMail in Qmail which is the copy all function. This function is responsible for copying all incoming and outgoing emails via the system to an email address. Can anyone help me with this?

What I'm not looking for (just for clarification) is a catch all feature for in case there is not an exact match for an email address that is being addressed to.
