We have faced problem in IMail Queue manager (we are using IMail version 8.15 76721-7), for some reason queue manager stopped delivering messages, nothing could be found in the log files that may explains such cease! In prevoius cases, I see lines such orphaned messages, but in this, you can notice only that the lines contains
20050913 000012 127.0.0.1 *SMTP* (fa6a87ce0102901d) processing C:\IMail\spool\Qfa6a87ce0102901d.SMD
were no longer exist!
The point (that catch the eye) is that in the Task Manager, the queue manager process will hang, and consume 48-50 %, when restarting the service it will work fine again, but after some time it returns to hang!
