iMail problems -all old emails became empty

We have 15 users and it started several days ago with just one user account.
All boxes in this account had emails and suddenly everything is gone... Existing emails have NO subject, body & sender.
We have deleted and re-created this account 2 times -it works for 1-2 days and everything repeates.
2 other accounts started doing the same.

Is it iMail problem or webhosting one?
What can we do to recover old emails?
