Imail incoming mail problems

We're using IPSwitch's Imail server, I don't have admin access to the server but I would like to give our staff some guidance on what to look for. A user is not receiving any incoming emails from outside of the company, internally we use exchange on the outside its Imail. What could be going on? I tested her account out and internally she received emails but from my yahoo, or earthlink account she doesn't get me.

I am not familiar with IPSwitch Imail. Do you use a pop utility to drag your mail from a catchall account, and then the exchange server does the rest? Or does Imail push the mail to your exchange box for distribution? Or does each individual client have their own pop account with Imail?
