IMail Attachment Blocking Feature

The IMail server that I am using has the attachment blocking feature that works pretty well (Filename or MIME Type matching) currently I am blocking potentially dangerous attachments and it works well. My question is, is there a way to override the default settings for a single user so that they may receive attachments of any kind?
