Imaging on Citrix

When opening a file in MS Imaging, you can preview the file as Icons, Details, Thumbnails, etc. Well, for one of my Citrix/Thin Client users the Thumbnails option is not showing up. It shows up for me and other users. Any ideas?

Issue with the users profile? Can you recreate the profile for this user? Perhaps a little drastic.. but only thing i can think of that may be a quick fix?
