Hello,
In our application, we use a kodak object that is displayed by imaging for windows that comes with windows 2000. We have new clients who use windows XP which does not come with the later software. It is replaced by microsoft office document imaging. This means that the object can't be opened if the office suite is not available.
If anyone had the same experience, could you tell us how you managed.
thanks a lot

Just An Idea....

I've never had this occur, but you could do one of the following:

1. deploy the Windows Imaging software with your application.

2. Convert the image into something standard, like GIF or a JPEG, and let the browser display the image.
