Current envrionment:
2 node Cluster w/ SQL
Using older shared SCSI storage

My plan is to use Acronis and image all local drives and lay the images back down on the 2 New Servers. update all drivers and get them running.

My question deals with the Shared Storge portion.

The NEW Servers will also be utilizing NEW iSCSI SAN storage that is not accessible from the original servers.

So if i do an xcopy of the original shared storage, both quorum and data onto an external drive. Then move the external drive and hook it up to the new Node and copy the quorum and data back to the new SAN storage what issues will i see? Or is this a bad process?

Any req's is apprecaited!

You don't need the Quorum. Just copy the user data. The new cluster will create the new data on the quorum. Copying the old Quorum data to the new cluster will just screw up the new cluster.
