Can I open one image and put another on top of that image?
For instance I have a black background with a logo within the background and when I stretch the image the background streches which is fine since its a solid color but the logo stretches as well....

a.) put them in a table above the background
b.) put them in a table, make the part without the logo stretch, the other not
c.) use a table background and a td content

hint: i prefer b.)
