Images not appearing

I have some images that have rollover behaviours. But occasionally in IE5+, the images do not appear. IfI refresh the page they appear. Sometimes the page shows a broken image, but mostly the space where the image should be is completely BLANK! >:-<

Is this a server issue? Or could it be in the code somehow? Miles
