Images in Metaframe 1.8

Hi all,
i have a problem with ICA clients and Windows Nt Terminal Server 4.0 Metaframe 1.8 SP3
The problem is in the clients, the icons and all images appear deformated only images, the resolution in the client 16 colors and 256 colors present this problem but 16 bit (High Color) i not problem in yours images but the clients is very slow by the resolution..
Any Idea?

This sounds like a video driver issue; try upgrading the video drivers in the clients. Also, are you running the latest ICA client (from Citrix's website)?

If you're still having issues, please let me know a little more about your clients' setup - whether they're PCs or Terminals, etc and whether local or remote.

Hi,
the clients have a PPP Modem conection and ISDN (RDSI) Connections, and i have the last client installed.
The problem ocurred frecuently after installed SP3 in The Server

The Scheme in the clients :

CLIENT --> MODEM/CISCO ROUTER -->FIREWALL --> CITRIX SERVER

I don't know but i think with the problem is in the client because not all clients have a this problem, the problem is in determined PCS.
Addicionally i have a two Citrix servers and the problem occurs in two

All clients are IBM PC 300GL Pentium II Windows 98

You need more information ??

Have you tried upgrading the video card drivers, swapping cards out and upgrading the clients?
