Storing images in Access is not recommended. The database 'bloats'. You can store images externally. There are quite a few posts on the subject and some FAQs. For example:
How do I display images within access, storing only the path?
faq705-1294
How to Load a picture in Access form
faq181-279
I asked a similar question some time ago and found through advice from this forum that the best policy is to store the path to the image in the database rather than the image itself.
I have since put an inventory database in place where a PDF is required to be shown with each record and this method works well.
