Images for <ul> bullets in netscape

Hi folks!

in myFile.css I have:

UL
{
LIST-STYLE-IMAGE: url(file://T:\Images\funkyPicutre.gif)
}

but it only seems to work in IE - I'm also testing on NN 4.67 platform, but it doesn't seem to recognize the css - it just shows the plain black dots. how boring!

Anyone know the scoop on this?
