images are blocked

I don't know what I did recently to have images blocked in OE. I use OE 5.0 on 98se and e-mails containing images are blocked. On the micosoft site I found a fix, however it applies to OE 6.0 on XP. Where can I change the settings to get the images?

Allowing images increases your chances of getting a bug in your computer. I have them turned off if at all possible.
