imageready tutorial available on web? 1

Does anybody know of a real good imageready tutorial webpage? The ones I've found have been real lame!

I found an awesome video tutorial on imageready:

Problem is, they are quicktime and for some reason they wouldn't play in my IE browser, so I had to download them to my computer first and open them directly with quicktime (had to extract the .mov filename from the html source)
