Dear All,
I have created an ImageReady droplet called "Make JPEG quality 60.exe" on a workstation running on XP Service Pack 2 by dragging and dropping the icon from the Optimize palette onto the desktop. I drag and drop an RGB image onto the droplet and it works as expected. I have created the same "Make JPEG quality 60.exe" droplet the same way on a workstation using Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 and dragged and dropped exactly the same image as used above onto the droplet. Each time I do this on the Windows 2K workstation I get an error message saying that the images cannot be converted. The image used was RGB (I am aware CMYK images cannot be convered by this method) and less 2000 x 2000 pixels. Is this a known bug and are there any fixes? I am using ImageReady 7.01.
Many Thanks
Paul
