ImageReady 7.0.1 Assertation Failed

When I go to any of the Save options I get the message "Could not complete this operation because an assertation has failed." Now I can't save anything I do in ImageReady. I am not having any trouble going between Photoshop & ImageReady.

Windows XP w/previous install of imageReady that was upgraded.

I had this problem once before, but I can't find any info on how I fixed it last time.

I got this exact same message when I tried to do a Save for Web in Photoshop 7, but this fixed it:

Close all Adobe programs then click Start, Run, and type in regedit and click OK.

Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe and then delete the folder called Save for Web 3.0

Relaunch Photoshop and you're done!
