image tiling.. 1

I have a table that is say 400 / 400..It has a image as a background..Let's say sometimes I will nedd to scale that table 400 / 600 or whatever for aditional text on other pages..I need that image to stay at he top of the table without tiling down when more text is added..need it to stay put at the top no matter how much height is added to the <td>..
