Image size palet won't display

Having a bit of a prob. The Image Size pallet won't display, no matter what I do. Might be something to do with the twin monitor set up?
Had this problem before and had to hold down a key combo when starting to reset palet locations to default. Tried everywhere but can't find what it is!

If anyone can help it'd be much apreciated! This is driving me insane!!

Shift+Ctrl+Alt (you Mac guys know the drill) a split second AFTER you launch the app.
