Hi,
i am working in an ms ascces project and i have to use a image scanner control.I used kodak image scanner control and image edit control.When used and scanned/saved a document in tiff format(B&W) into imageedit control it is coming up to 83kb of size and print looks very light.When i used the scanner interface(gui) selecting output as bitmap raster with resolution 200 and saved in tiffcompressed format it is only 40kb and clarity is too good.
How can i directly save(without using scanner GUI) save a file of low size with good qaulity(b&w)?
Is there any other activex control? recently i used vision tools general scanning activex control(demo)..that saves as only 32kb.can u help me?
