Image Ready starts up automatically each time I login to my NT system. It is not found in any of the Startup menus nor is it in the registry under the "Run" key.

Anyone see this? Know how to turn it off?

Can you try to find did you have any shendule software for
runing other software when you run you OS

There wouldn't happen to be a setting for that in IR's or PS's pref's, would there? I would look, but I don't have it here. It's worth a look.

If I were to really hazard a guess, step out on a limb, roll the dice, etc, I would exhaustively search the registry and ini files (sysedit). Now that I think about it, go to Start/Run and type in sysedit. Look thru all those ini files for any reference to IR.

Let me know what you find. "It's easier to ask forgiveness than it is to get permission." - Rear Admiral Dr. Grace Hopper
