Image Quality in IE7 1

Is there somewhere in IE7 to adjust the way web sites will display images. All images on all sites look pixelated. Using Windopws XP Sp2. Thanks!

By any chance is this a new install and perhaps the video card driver was not installed?

Right click on my computer, left click manage, then click device manager and see what it says.
