image problems with frames

i designed a site with frames on the top and bottom of the page (60,*,35). The two images (gif) i have in the top frame are exactly 60 pixels im height. It works fine from my hard-drive, but when the page is uploaded to the web (angelfire) my images are scrolled down, and cut off. How can I get them to load in the frame properly?

PS scrolling is set to "no", but the images can be dragged into place.
