Hi,

I'm having a strange problem. I have created few images ( text ) in photoshop and pasted in flash movie. In design time the text looks okay. But when I run the movie the image is little bit messed up. A black shading appears behind the text. Any ideas ?

Thanks in advance...

i just tried the same thing dkl..it worked fine for me..i used black text and a white artboard in flash..so i don't know..maybe check to see if your text was aliased in photoshop before you copy and paste it..i used the smooth option..but not really sure..could be the text, the color of the artboard..but i'm guessing you need to alias that text..

Daft one I know... but are you running the movie from within Flash. If so... run the movie, right click on it and select "100%" instead of "Show All". I think that by Default Flash uses the 'Show All' setting, which sizes the movie to your window - this sometimes screws up how things look - esp. bitmaps, etc...

Worth a try, anyway.

Yes, That is the problem.
Is there any way I can set it "100%" instead of asking user to change it everytime?

Thanks guys

Yep, instead of just hitting 'Publish' go into the publish settings; on the html tab change the Scale from 'Default (Show All)' to... (erm, trying to remember) ...I think it's 'no border'. Also try changing the 'Dimensions' to 'Percent' from 'Match Movie' and then setting it to 100% width and height.

Hopefully this should sort it out!
