Image Problem but - Part II

Dear All :
I have a lot of users having a problem displaying images when viewing emails. The strangest part is that when they reply or forward the email - the image appears !

Any help is appreciated.

Do you know what format the original image is (.jpg, .bmp, .png)?

I solved the problem by deleting all the contents in the OLK Folder located under the Internet Temporary Folder in my profile ...
