I know this is a simple question for all of you :D

I simply want to be able to place an image on an html page. But I want to specify EXACTLY where it will show up regardless of the browser, O/S, or display size.

How do I do it? Christopher F. Neumann

<img src=&quot;image.gif&quot; style=&quot;position:absolute;top:50px;left:140px;&quot;> <!--bottom and right are also valid attributes-->

I thought position:absolute doesn't work with Netscape and Opera, true?

I already use position:absolute, but my NS clients are complaining that the images do not appear and the <img src ...> code shows at the top of the page. Christopher F. Neumann
