Image Option Dr Watson

Hi All,
I've got an application server with about 110GB of data that is trying to be backed up by the AS2000 Image Option. About 2 nights ago, the backup process started failing with a Dr Watson on ASRUNJOB.EXE about an hour into the process (right near the end of the estimation process). I've got SP3 on both Arcserve and the Image Option and am reluctant to put SP4 on, as it doesn't appear to address my issues.

The host OS is NT4 server with SP6a.

If anyone has any thoughts, they'd be greatly appreciated.

I would try to turn of the file estimate as a test during this backup.

Also where's the page file? If it's on the same drive try to move it to another one if possible.

If this does not help I would log an issue with CA.
