Image on Report Growing and Shrinking

I am producing a report which tracks various scans and entered data as well.

I now want to combine this data into a consolidated report.

So I tested a bit and found that I can adjust the height of the image to 100 twips (I think) if there is no data, and resize according if there is information. That is fine.

However, how do I get the data that follow being the entered text to migrate to the correct location on the page?
