Image Misplacement

I've printed a pagemaker publication to distiller that has jpg images embedded. I find that a few of these images, after pdf creation, have moved around the page. I've had this problem for a long time and have had no luck in finding the solution (assuming there is one) Please, please, has anyone got a possible explination??

Pagemaker 6.5
Distiller 5.05
Acrobat 5.05
Windows 2000 sp3

(All latest versions and drivers)

Do you have the same problem if the images are in a non compressed format such as a tif or psd file?

I have had problems with jpg images in the past.

Linking the images insted of Embedding them, will solve the problem. Nohjekim, thanks but yes i do have the same problem if i use non-compressed images.
