Image MAS drive

Has anyone done an image on an MAS and then had to restore it?

And if you make an image do you have to take the system offline?

I think this would be a good backup plan but not sure if it is a good way to go for the MAS.

The URL below is for an Avaya document that describes the procedure to duplicate an MM R2.0 MAS harddrive. I've not tried this procedure, but it's good to know that it's there.

Thanks I was hoping to image it as the system is running. Even Avaya seems to not use the procedure on there web page. Not sure why.
