I have a header div made up an 800 pixel wide header graphic. An organization logo is in the first 200 pixels or so of the header and the group wants me to set it so that when a user clicks on the logo it will take them back to the home page of the site. This would function just like a standard image map, but it would be on a CSS div. How would I do this?

You could do it in many ways. You could set your header graphic as a background and then superimpose anchor element set to block and use width, height and margins to position it where you want it. If not, you could use the image, and absolutely position an anchor over the part of the image you want clickable.
